In this article, we'll break down our shipping policy and explain how we charge and calculate shipping for all orders of resume copies, cover letters, interview material, and any other physical material you request.

As shipping prices to different states vary, we laid out transparent prices for the shipping options for you to evaluate and consider when purchasing physical copies. To provide you with your physical copies, you will cover the shipping costs for each item you choose.

Please note:

We will not charge you shipping fees if you do not request a physical copy of your resume, cover letter, etc. Please read each item carefully, as the option you click and confirm at checkout will be charged. If you have any concerns, please email [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will help you as best we can.

Shipping types:

The two kinds of shipping types we offer are standard shipping and expedited shipping. Standard shipping typically occurs over 4-7 business days, and expedited shipping typically occurs over 1-3 business days. 

All standard shipping costs have a base price to cover the shipping from our office to your home. Expedited orders have a higher fee due to the higher priority for delivery time. All prices are calculated based on current postal costs for the delivery. Your specific location will influence how that price is affected.

Those who order any physical copies to be shipped will also receive digital access to their order.

All shipping times vary from state to state for each destination. We will do everything possible to ensure you get your documents quickly. However, we aren't responsible for any delay in shipping due to the postal process and delivery, as that is a force majeure.
